Located in Glenview, in South-West Hamilton, Resthills Park is a gorgeous spot with plenty of space for dogs to run free! Generally very quiet, the majority of the area allows dogs off lead (under control as always) and features plenty of beautiful trees for shade and room for as many games of “fetch!” as you like. There are multiple entrances, but I usually park on MacMurdo Avenue which allows the easiest access.

Car Parking – One small car park near the sports grounds, but I generally park on the side of the road on MacMurdo Avenue.
Water/Toilets – Possibly near the sports grounds? Not sure.
Bins – Yes.
Other – This park is stunning in Autumn, and can be swampy in parts during winter. There is lots of space and it’s fairly quiet, so you can usually find a good space to yourself if you want to work on training. As always, be respectful of other park users.
